Performing Arts & Dance

Our Performing Arts and Dance courses offer you the chance to progress to work in the performance industries directly or via progression to prestigious specialist colleges.  

We’re firm believers in following your dream. If you have a passion for creativity and performance, whether behind the scenes or on the stage, RuTC offers courses in acting and dance that can help you fulfil your potential.

Students create productions throughout the year in our specialist dance and acting studios and perform in our Auditorium several times a year to an external audience. 

Notable Acting alumni include actors Adele James and Fionn Whitehead and comedian Nathan Caton

Students progress to major arts colleges including the Royal Academy of Dance, Central School of Speech and Drama, Mountview Academy and the Theatre of Arts.
