Students on this course will have the opportunity to study the Level 1 Certificate in Exploring the Aviation Industry, as an additional qualification. This means you can potentially gain two qualifications at the end of your course.

Entry requirements
You should have an interest in the subject area you are applying for. There are no formal entry requirements but we will assess your level of English and maths to make sure you are working at Entry Level 3 or above. This is to ensure you are able to meet the course requirements.

Who is the course for?
This Foundation Level course is for those wishing to gain employment in the travel and tourism industry.

Study methods
Lectures, workshops, group work, visiting speakers, practical sessions and outside visits to provide students with a realistic view of the industry. This will include a residential stay within the UK. You may also undertake a one week work placement within the travel industry.
